We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Growth PM team. The Growth PM team works to expand Snap’s customer base and drive meaningful engagement that strengthens long term retention with Snap. Working from our Los Angeles, San Francisco or Mountain View offices, you will manage a team of PMs, and collaborate with designers and engineers on product areas including friend suggestions, login and registration, onboarding, sharing and invites, notifications/SMS/email, and user acquisition.
What you'll do:
Be the product leader for growth at Snap by deeply understanding the needs of our customers, the goals of our business, and developing a strong product vision and strategy for growth
Manage and mentor a high performing team of PMs
Partner with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build technology, systems, and products that support the growth of Snapchat’s community
Build alignment across the company on your vision, including with leadership and executives
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
A team player who can collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates
Define and analyze success metrics and input metrics for a large organization
Expertise in AB test design and interpretation
Think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
8+ years of experience in product management or similar product development positions
2+ years of people management experience
Prior experience working on product growth at a consumer technology company
Prior experience managing PMs at a technology company
A passion for Snapchat and creative problem solving!
