Director Product Management, Payments
We're seeking a Director of Product Management that will take ownership over our subscription, credit card and insurance payments platforms. You will have direct interaction with all levels of the company, including members of our executive team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing subscription, credit card and Insurance related projects
- Manage 2 Product Managers
- Managing 3rd party integrations
- Developing product requirements and user stories for our payments platform
- Ownership over our Payment Processor relationship with Stripe
- Ownership over our Insurance Clearinghouse relationship with Eligible
- Integrations into SMB accounting systems (Quicken, QuickBooks)
Initial Responsibilities
- Own the Billing 2.0 roadmap and delivery of all key product initiatives
- Manage the Billing & Payments squad meetings
- Direct the efforts of two Product Managers (Billing & Insurance)
- Develop and communicate product performance
- Develop key BI dashboards relating to our payments solutions

Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- 5+ years of managing a team
- Experience within the payments, insurance and healthcare industries a big +
- Experience managing large 3rd party integrations
