Director Product Management, Mobile
We're seeking a Director of Product Management that will take ownership of end-to-end product management of our new mobile application. You’ll have the opportunity to build the app from the ground up and re-envision the user experience for our platform on mobile devices. Above all, you’ll be accountable for raising the bar and delivering a world-class user experience to our customers.
To accomplish this, you will dive in deep to understand our platform, customers, and market. You will be accountable for everything it takes to deliver the app: product roadmap, research, story writing, design & dev collaboration, user testing, release planning, and more… You will have direct interaction with all levels of the company, including members of our executive team and you’ll work closely with marketing and customer support to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a world-class user experience for touchscreen applications
- Delivering all aspects of product management from roadmapping to writing stories to user acceptance testing
- Managing product design and development for our new mobile application
- Coordinate CS Help Content
- Managing 3rd party integrations
Initial Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Delivery of an enterprise-scale mobile application with world-class user experience
- Experience with emerging mobile technologies, voice, payments, scanning and teleconferencing is a plus
