Director, Product Management - Marketing Automation

As a Director, Product Management you will be responsible for leading the Marketing product team -- managing a team of product managers whose mission is to build, launch and enhance marketing products/features in ServiceTitan to help our customers engage & sell more to their customer base. You will define the product vision and strategy of a robust marketing platform that empowers home services companies of all sizes to better communicate with their customers through email, direct mail, social media, web and marketing automation. This is a highly visible and strategic role within the company, with the opportunity to have a massive impact driving growth for our customers and for ServiceTitan.

What you'll do:

• Develop product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and close collaboration with the Platform team to deliver new product offerings
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and post-­launch adoption
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, identify gaps in core product functionality, and help build the right set of features
• Inspire, mentor and develop a team of product managers
• Partner with Platform, Engineering, Design, and Executive teams to bring features to market and grow new business opportunities
• Define, track and improve key product metrics and success criteria
• Represent ServiceTitan as a thought leader and product expert in customer and prospect meetings and on our online community

What you'll need:

• Product leader with 10+ years of experience directly managing product and design teams to develop product features within the marketing ecosystem (e.g. email, direct mail, social, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics/KPIs, best practices, and marketing compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM, DMARC, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decision-making
• Customer-centric and passionate about having an impact on the home services industry
• A bold leader who can champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, but can also roll up your sleeves to help the team get the job done
• A strong team player who supports their team and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work
• Project management skills; will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results
