We’re looking for a Creative Assets Product Manager to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the IT team, you will play an important part in providing communication solutions, educational assets, processes and technologies to support our business. Working from our Santa Monica, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the internal IT team for strategy and education for the IT services in Snap Inc. offices around the world.
What you’ll do:
Survey offices globally to gain understanding of current IT solutions, processes and types of technology used. Assess, develop and apply standards company-wide
Research vendors and service providers to support needs out-of-scope of what can be offered in-house
Gather usage metrics to determine additional needs for headcount or equipment
Advise on development of new internal tools and their implementation
Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our environment.
Collaborating with IT management and IT colleagues to translate corporate/functional business and IT based objectives into a strategic/tactical business plan
Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
Educates customers on new technology and produce training materials
Consistently delivers high-quality services to the environment
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen user relationships
Keeps IT team well informed of changes within the Deployment Engineering, Audio Visual, Event Operations, and Creative Assets teams.
What we’re looking for:
World Class customer service and interaction skills.
5+ years of communications experience.
2+ years working in a project management role
Passionate about technology, project management, customer experience, and building a team
Excellent problem-solving skills on complex issues
Must possess subject matter expertise in multiple areas of the communications and copywriting methodologies
Experience working in a global IT organization
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to travel is a must
