ServiceTitan is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Marketing Pro Product team. The Marketing Pro Product team is focused on delivering a comprehensive AI and data-driven marketing automation product to the home services industry. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical background and has experience gathering and transforming customer’s business requirements into actionable solutions. You will have working knowledge of marketing technology and a desire to build software products.

As our Associate Product Manager, you will:

• Support the product team in charge of the Marketing Pro product.
• Research marketing best practices and similar marketing products to gather requirements for product enhancements
• Create requirements for new product features and enhancements
• Assist product managers with reviewing feature requests and bug assessment
• Engage closely with our customers to understand their communications processes and translate those into product capabilities
• Be a product expert for teams such as support, customer success, sales and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the product design and engineering teams to give an extraordinary product experience
• Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating our launch plans

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience as a marketing industry professional
• 4-year degree from a top university
• Working knowledge of marketing technologies (Salesforce, Yelp, etc.)
• Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus
• Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum is a plus
