Hunter Industries is seeking a Product Training Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for Hunter Industries' Product Training team by coordinating training projects, maintaining learning systems, supporting course deployment, organizing training materials, and helping to ensure the successful execution of online and instructor-led learning programs. 

Essential Functions: 

  •  Coordinates day-to-day Product Training operations, including project schedules, timelines, deliverables, status updates, and follow-up with stakeholders. 
  • Supports Hunter University and FX Luminaire University administration by creating course shells, uploading SCORM packages, publishing approved content, maintaining course catalogs, assigning learning paths, and testing course functionality. 
  • Coordinates digital learning assets, including videos, images, PDFs, job aids, certificates, digital badges, course resources, and reference documents, in accordance with department standards. 
  • Supports online course launches by coordinating review cycles, quality assurance testing, approvals, release schedules, link and media verification, and final publishing. 
  • Generates routine reports for course completions, enrollments, learner activity, certificates, customer participation, and Sales requests; assists with collecting learning analytics. 
  • Provides responsive support for training registration, certificates, accounts, course enrollment, basic LMS troubleshooting, Feedbackify notifications, and requests for training resources; escalates technical issues as needed. 
  • Coordinates instructor-led training logistics, including registration, participant communications, travel, meeting rooms, equipment, shipment of materials, catering, and name badges. 
  • Maintains standard operating procedures, checklists, naming conventions, course inventories, version histories, and other process documentation while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. 

Education / Training Required and Preferred:  

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, Project Management or related field of study or a combination of education and relevant work experience.  

Experience Required and Preferred:   

  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience supporting training, education, project coordination, or learning administration is required.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. 
  •   Excellent organizational, prioritization, project coordination, and follow-through skills required. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within established timelines required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams required. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new software and systems quickly required. 
  • Experience with learning management systems, SCORM-based content, Articulate Storyline, Wrike or comparable project management software, Ziflow, or digital asset management systems preferred. 
  • Knowledge of the landscape irrigation and/or landscape lighting industries preferred

The hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $27.50 to $31.25.

The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
