Job DescriptionGen AI Product Strategy & Operation Senior Manager
ServiceNow is the AI platform for business transformation. We have been and continue to be augmenting our best-in-class Platform with AI functionalities.
As a key member of the Platform Strategic Operations team, you will contribute to a user-centered AI product strategy that dials into our customers' needs and product specificities and also supports key operating initiatives in cooperation with our cross-functional partners.
Roles in our organization are multi-faceted: they include components of product strategy (understanding the industry, supporting high-stakes partnerships and ad-hoc product initiatives), operations (hiring, budgeting, tracking key metrics), and stakeholder management (cross-functional engagement with product, engineering, finance, etc.)
The role involves reviewing business initiatives and other intelligence activities by tracking key metrics like revenue, customers, costs, and industry trends. It includes assisting in operational processes such as Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning, ensuring alignment between Product groups and stakeholders, including executives. The position also requires conducting market assessments and reviewing strategy in partnership with senior staff and the Product Management team, focusing on market sizing, buy/build/partner assessments, and strategy. Additionally, the role oversees AI initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency across the portfolio, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will:
- Have at least 8- 10 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment bank, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar)
- Have expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry, ideally in the AI space
- Have experience using quantitative skills to optimize Product Strategy and inform operational excellence
- Have effective communication skills - both verbally and in writing and be comfortable in business and technical discussions
- Have a track record of owning cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others, including the most senior staff members
- Collaborative well and think on your own
- Thrive at taking initiative and multi-task in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments
Preferred
- Have experience working for or with established enterprise tech companies.
- Have worked in SaaS. or PaaS product development, technical strategy, and product ops functions

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $165,500 - $289,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
