About the Role
We are seeking a Product Specialist who will be responsible for developing materials and frameworks that translate product strategy and roadmap into clear, actionable insights for our customer-facing teams. This role sits at the intersection of product management, strategy, and customer engagement. You will bring our product vision to life by creating buyer personas, value propositions, and supporting collateral that articulate how our products solve real customer challenges.
The Product Specialist will shape the narrative around our product strategy, while driving operational consistency by creating frameworks, processes, and repeatable assets that keep product direction aligned with field execution. This role will work closely with product leadership, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products are well-understood and properly represented in conversations with prospects and customers. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Translate product strategy and roadmap into personas, positioning frameworks, and value propositions tailored to different buyer and user segments.
- Partner with product managers to inform roadmap decisions with customer and market insights.
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent and compelling communication of product value.
- Create product-related resources such as presentations, customer-facing briefs, solution guides, and sales playbooks.
- Standardize processes for how roadmap and strategy updates are captured, documented, and shared.
- Deliver training and briefings to internal teams, ensuring alignment on product capabilities, differentiators, and release milestones.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support conversations with prospects, customers, and industry analysts.
- Support go-to-market planning for launches by aligning internal readiness materials with product release timelines.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a B2B software role
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience creating content for both business and technical audiences.
- Experience building buyer personas and messaging frameworks that resonate with target segments.
- Demonstrated ability to take complex concepts and distill them into simple, compelling narratives.
- Comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
