The Network Technology organization is responsible for delivering secure, resilient, and high-performing network services that power critical business operations across the enterprise.
The automation team within Secure Network Services (SNS) drives innovation through the application of AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to improve network operations, engineer productivity, operational efficiency, reliability, and customer experience. Our mission is to leverage AI-enabled capabilities to transform how network services are designed, managed, monitored, and optimized.
We are seeking a Product Owner to help define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered solutions that create measurable value for Network Technology teams and stakeholders. This role will work closely with the Chief Development Office (CDxO) and all parts of the Secure Network Services (SNS) organizations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and guide delivery teams through the development and implementation of AI-driven capabilities.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $196,000.00

We are seeking a Product Owner to help define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered solutions that create measurable value for Network Technology teams and stakeholders. This role will work closely with the Chief Development Office (CDxO) and all parts of the Secure Network Services (SNS) organizations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and guide delivery teams through the development and implementation of AI-driven capabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
- Own and maintain the product backlog for AI and automation initiatives supporting Secure Network Services (SNS).
- Translate business and operational needs into clearly defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams and the development office teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve network performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, program increment planning, and product review activities within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Ensure delivered capabilities align with business objectives, customer needs, and enterprise technology standards.
- Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics within network operations and engineering processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, expected outcomes, success metrics, and business value.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends to recommend solutions that can enhance network operations and customer experiences.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap for AI capabilities across the Network organization.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome-based success measures for AI products.
- Leverage operational, performance, and customer data to identify areas for improvement and validate delivered value.
- Support testing, validation, and measurement of AI model effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise policies, security standards, risk management practices, and responsible AI principles.
- Support model governance, transparency, and performance monitoring requirements.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and technology governance teams as needed throughout the product lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Technology Delivery, Network Engineering, or related technology roles.
- 2+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation, Advanced Analytics, or Data Products.
- 2+ years' experience working within Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- 2+ years' experience creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, architecture, and leadership teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience supporting network infrastructure, network operations, telecommunications, cloud networking, or network automation initiatives.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or related technologies.
- Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, CoPilot, OpenAI, Databricks, AWS AI/ML services, or equivalent technologies.
- Familiarity with observability, telemetry, network monitoring, or operational analytics platforms.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, data visualization tools, or automation technologies.
- Experience with ITIL service management practices and operational processes.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Azure AI Fundamentals, or similar.
