Overview
TrueML Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist I to join our team and help support the performance of our entire Product & Technology organization. In this role, you will be a key part of the operational engine that enables our teams by assisting with process improvements, communication, and metrics.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Program & Operations, you will be a key collaborator, learning the operational cadence of our product lifecycle. Your direct impact will contribute to a more efficient and aligned organization, enabling our teams to build and ship with greater speed and confidence. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys creating structure, and wants to build a foundational career at the intersection of product, technology, and operations.

What you'll do:
- Assist in maintaining and configuring Atlassian products for the Product & Technology organization.
- Support the structure of the organization’s Confluence instance, assist with space migration, and collaborate on page consolidation and clean up.
- Maintain reference templates and process guidelines for the Product & Technology org.
- Assist in the tracking of goals & OKRs.
- Help prepare organizational presentations and updates (All Hands, QBRs, dashboards, etc.).
- Support the coordination of Product & Technology request intake and triage.
- Help ensure a clear, consistent flow of information and metrics across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience or strong internship experience.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
- Interest in learning Atlassian automation.
- Exposure to Atlassian’s Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Product Discovery, or Compass administration is a plus.
- Aptitude for learning basic scripting.
- Experience assisting with presentations (e.g., for team meetings, projects) in support of leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information.
- You will be expected to help provide upward transparency on critical situations as they arise.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to gather data in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness in your work.
- Ability to navigate situations to obtain necessary information and deliverables.
