Join the Product Operations team to support a disciplined change management function that enables the Product, Experience and Technology (PXT) organization to consistently adopt new ways of working. Working closely with senior change managers, change owners, and key stakeholders across PXT, you will help translate business priorities into coordinated change activities — contributing to planning artifacts, tracking tools, communications, and measurement efforts.

As a Product Operations Change Management Senior Associate in the Product Operations team, you will be on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy, and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. You will bring analytical rigor, consulting discipline, and a working knowledge of AI tools to help the team operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions. This role is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and eager to deepen their change management and transformation skills in a fast-paced financial services environment. 

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of change initiatives for the PXT community, partnering with senior change managers across the end-to-end change management lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain change management planning artifacts — project plans, stakeholder impact assessments, communications and training plans — while keeping change calendars, backlogs, and tracking tools current to maintain a transparent view of the enterprise change agenda.
  • Support stakeholder and audience analysis, documenting personas and change impacts to inform rollout timing and approach.
  • Coordinate logistics for change-related activities including communications campaigns, training sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on change adoption metrics, KPIs, and employee sentiment; synthesize qualitative and quantitative stakeholder feedback to identify patterns, flag risks, and recommend adjustments to change strategies.
  • Leverage AI and generative AI tools to accelerate development of change communications, training content, FAQs, and planning templates; support exploration of digital adoption platforms to embed AI-assisted workflows into change management processes.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and capabilities relevant to change management and proactively share insights with the broader team.
  • Draft clear, audience-appropriate communications and presentation materials for project teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Capture and synthesize stakeholder feedback throughout the change lifecycle; provide regular progress updates and flag risks or issues to senior change managers in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for improving change management processes, templates, and tools; apply a continuous improvement mindset to team workflows and delivery practices.
  • Work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and build strong relationships across teams and lines of business.

Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience across Enterprise Change Management, Organizational Change Management.

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with data, build reports or dashboards, and translate findings into clear recommendations.

  • Hands-on experience using AI or generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) in a professional context to improve productivity or output quality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise materials for diverse audiences including senior management.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of independence and ownership.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge effective working relationships across a broad range of functions and seniority levels.

 

Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities: 

  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification change management certification (Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent) a plus.

  • 5 plus years of experience in Management Consulting (Big 4 or equivalent top-tier firm) within financial services, banking, or a related sector — with demonstrated exposure to change management, transformation, or operating model engagements.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

  • Schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
