Bluesight is looking for a driven Product Marketing Specialist to own the go-to-market strategy for Bluesight’s market-leading diversion and privacy SaaS products. This role owns positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, and core product content. You’ll act as a translator between Product and Commercial teams, ensuring technical capabilities are consistently and clearly communicated to our commercial teams, customers, and prospects. 

This role works closely with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success to support launches, enable revenue teams, and ensure our messaging reflects real customer needs and market realities.

Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

    Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Support launch planning and execution for new features and product enhancements using a tiered GTM approach
  • Partner with Product to stay aligned on roadmap priorities and enable Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Develop launch assets, feature briefs, and internal enablement materials to support high-impact releases
  • Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market campaign approaches, channels, and audiences
  • Positioning and Messaging
  • Contribute to positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Bluesight’s diversion and privacy products – and serve as an internal expert on both products
  • Translate complex technical and compliance capabilities into clear narratives for various audiences (e.g., prospects, customers, buyers, users, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency across marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials
  • Monitor customer feedback, market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging competitors as input to refine messaging, positioning, and competitive battlecards
  • Content Creation and Sales Enablement
  • Own creation and updates of core product content, including sales decks, product one-pagers, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, and launch materials
  • Ensure content is value-based, practical, and aligned with Bluesight’s voice and positioning
  • Craft clear, compelling product narratives that connect customer problems, product capabilities, and real-world outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the connective tissue across Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to align product marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS

  • Experience launching and supporting complex products

  • Foundational background in positioning and messaging across multiple buyer personas

  • Excellent written communication skills with a clear, direct style

  • Ability to simplify complex topics without losing credibility

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple initiatives at once

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience marketing healthcare or compliance products

This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
