Cordance is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth across multiple business units within our Commerce, Compliance, Industrials, and Education Divisions. This strategic role bridges product management, sales, and marketing to ensure Cordance’s product value is clearly communicated to both prospects and customers.

This is a fully remote role; all candidates must be based in the US with full work authorization

What you'll do:

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features
  • Conduct market and competitive research to shape positioning, messaging, and pricing
  • Develop launch materials including internal enablement, customer-facing collateral, and demand gen content
  • Craft clear, differentiated messaging that translates technical capabilities into business value
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences—customers, prospects, analysts, and internal teams
  • Create sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitor comparisons
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve product understanding, increase win rates, and accelerate deal cycles
  • Stay on top of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Provide actionable insights to Product Management to inform roadmap priorities
  • Partner with demand gen and content teams to produce thought leadership, webinars, case studies, and campaign assets
  • Support customer advocacy by identifying and developing success stories
  • Work with Product and Customer Success teams to drive adoption through onboarding materials, documentation, and in-product guidance

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; experience in regulated, risk-focused, or operationally complex industries is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in launching products, crafting positioning and messaging, and enabling sales teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong cross-functional skills, with experience working across product, marketing, and sales teams
