The Product Marketing Manager will drive go-to-market strategies, create sales enablement content, manage customer communications, and analyze product usage data for effective adoption.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator—someone who can translate technical product features into clear customer value, drive go-to-market execution, and champion product adoption across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales and our customers. In this role, you’ll lead both our go-to-market (GTM) motion for new product releases and our product adoption motion, ensuring that new product releases are not only launched successfully, but embraced by the customers who need them most.
- Drive the Go-To-Market strategy for new products and features—including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and launch planning.
- Develop and execute adoption and engagement strategies to ensure customers see value and use what we build.
- Own the creation of sales enablement content—pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, talk tracks—that help the sales team communicate value confidently and clearly.
- Partner with the Creative team to bring messaging to life across channels (visual, web, email, video, etc.).
- Build and manage customer communication programs that drive awareness, training, and adoption of new releases.
- Monitor and own success metrics for product marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation tools—HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deeply understand what’s being built and why—so you can tell the right story to the right audience.
- Analyze product usage data and customer insights to refine messaging and adoption strategies.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing experience at a technology/SaaS company.
- Proven ability to launch products and features, manage GTM plans, and drive measurable adoption.
- Experience building sales enablement materials and partnering with Sales teams to deliver on pipeline goals.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you know how to work with Product, Engineering, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and product analytics to measure campaign success and iterate quickly.
- Technical curiosity or background—comfortable digging into a roadmap or sitting in on an engineering sync.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling ability—you can make the complex simple and the technical compelling.
