Job Description

iolo / RealDefense is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to take over our software marketing and grow revenue in accordance with corporate goals. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing our marketing and sales partners with the information they require to advance product sales, and be the champion for new product innovations. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue.

RealDefense products, such as iolo's System Mechanic, have been around for 20+ years and are thriving in the new work at home culture. We are a consumer security company focused on providing solutions to the fast-growing work at home economy.  Come join our team and develop products that help everyday consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for online, call center and channel partners
  • Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
  • Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
  • Create training materials and training programs for each partner
  • Focus on implementing programs that consistently grow and retain the RealDefense Customer Base

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' consumer software product marketing experience
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
  • Large-scale event management experience a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
