About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in positioning Keeper Security’s products within the competitive cybersecurity landscape. If you're passionate about technology, love crafting compelling stories and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute cross-functional product and feature launches, partnering with product, sales, demand generation and customer success
  • Define use cases, product messaging and positioning, value propositions and customer profiles that resonate with target audiences, including Commercial, Public Sector (FED/SLED) and MSP
  • Become a subject matter expert in privileged access management and password management with an in-depth understanding of the market and products, including overall value proposition, features, functionality and the verticals and use cases in which they are relevant
  • Partner with product management and demand generation teams to craft content around new products and features that drive product awareness and lead generation
  • Coordinate webinars with demand generation and product teams, from topic and speaker development through promotion and follow-up content, to drive engagement and pipeline
  • Work closely with the SEO team to produce SEO-optimized blogs, web pages and videos around product features, use cases and more
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop co-marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with customer success to gather feedback and develop case studies, testimonials and user stories, as well as to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to influence product marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B cybersecurity, SaaS-focused experience in a product/solutions marketing role 
  • Experience with differentiated product messaging, positioning and market leadership supporting go-to-market, external and internal messaging and communications
  • Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and creativity, but exercises strong judgment in validating output, refining messaging and ensuring quality across all deliverables
  • Experience with successful cross-functional product and feature launches
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as strong messaging skills
  • Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter and a problem solver who works well within a team (both local and distributed)
  • Someone who is innovative, fast-paced, energetic and a great team cross-functional collaborator
  • Results-driven, analytical yet pragmatic, with a bias for action
  • Strategic thinking to understand markets and competitors combined with tactical planning and execution discipline

Keeper ensures that all our third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data with adequate safeguards in place.

5. International Transfers

Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

Exceptions:

  • You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law. 

When you request access to your personal data, some information may be redacted if it includes the personal data of other individuals or information that we must protect in order to preserve their privacy rights.
