The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. Working closely with the Technical Product Manager (TPM) and other cross-functional teams, the PMM ensures that our products are not only market-ready but also strategically positioned to maximize their impact and adoption. The PMM is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, creating compelling marketing content, conducting in-depth market analysis, and enabling our sales teams with the necessary tools and information. 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop high impact marketing and sales enablement collaterals and tools to support Sales and Application Projects divisions in understanding and adopting new and updated products.
  • Responsible for maintaining technical deliverables (product and system spec sheets...)
  • Promote Products at marketing events, trade shows, virtual product launches… Conduct public presentations of products uses and benefits to users at conferences, tradeshows and digital media.
  • Provide guidance and support for the global team. Interact with the company’s Sales, Applications Design and Marketing teams and become an internal conduit for both product information dissemination and intake.
  • Develop advocacy with sales, end-user and decision-makers by articulating features, benefits, and overlying the value proposition of L-Acoustics products.
  • Proofreading and support of technical information and product advertising communications (press review, social networks, website...).
  • Act as the product expert and remain current with technology advancement.
  • Acts as ambassador and technical authority for products and technologies during virtual or physical events in professional English
  • Develop and maintain relationships with expert users of product to gather feedback, with the goal to improve our products.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to create technically focused sales materials and presentations, articulating product and technology features and benefits.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Developing GTM strategy for new products, and product updates
  • Customer Journey mapping
  • Project management skills for creating and managing product launch assets and timeline
  • Ability to build a network and be a brand ambassador in all internal and external settings
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product marketing position
  • Knowledge of the Pro-Audio Industry, including market requirements and state of the art technologies
  • Experience in the Live Sound Industry, including workflows and technologies
  • Knowledge of L-Acoustics products, technologies and workflows
  • Experience in product marketing for HaaS or SaaS
  • Conversion modeling
  • Marketing Mix modeling
  • CRM tools
  • Marketing automation tools
  • Data analytics tools (Semrush, Google Analytics, Meltwater, Piwik etc.)
