We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to guide go-to-market strategy and partner coordination for NVIDIA’s networking product portfolio. In this role, you will connect Product, Sales, Marketing, and our partner ecosystem. You will translate complex technical features into engaging, sales-ready materials and training. This role fits someone who excels at the intersection of GTM orchestration, sales enablement, and partner interaction. It involves managing partner co-marketing initiatives and product launches. It also emphasizes enhancing operational efficiency in product marketing workflows. Success in this position requires equal parts strategic vision and follow-through to align cross-functional teams, balance competing priorities, and consistently meet key deadlines.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and completing go-to-market plans for internal sales and partner audiences for new products. This includes launch sequencing, partner engagement, sales training, communications, partner co-marketing asset creation, and cross-functional implementation.
  • Driving alignment and collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and external partner collaborators to ensure coordinated GTM execution.
  • Orchestrating cross-functional partner launch plans, coordinating efforts among Product Management, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to secure seamless execution.
  • Be responsible for the event engagement with key partners including product launch coordination, content, social engagement and product demonstrations.
  • Building high-impact sales enablement assets such as training decks, one-pagers, return on investment tools, and case studies, translating complex technical features into clear, value-focused messaging for NVIDIA and partner sales teams.
  • Managing the creation, upkeep, and oversight of the sales asset library. Work closely with Product Management and Technical Marketing to keep all materials updated, consistent with the brand, and suited to the accurate sales stage.
  • Inventing and deliver sales training for the networking product portfolio. Partner with Field Enablement and Product Management to develop curriculum addressing product positioning, technical differentiation, competitive handling, and demo standards. Maintain ongoing updates aligned with product developments.
  • Managing sales communication channels such as salescasts and email blasts. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Enablement to provide valuable content to the field promptly and regularly.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of experience with a proven history in product marketing and launching strategies, sales enablement, and partner strategy within a rapidly evolving technology company.
  • Domain Expertise: Working knowledge of data center and networking technologies and how they relate to AI and enterprise solutions.
  • Enablement & Content Tools: Experience using repositories and creation tools like Highspot, Google Slides, Power Point, Google Docs, and/or similar content management suites.
  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology capabilities into clear, simple positioning and messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Agility: Proven track record prioritizing multiple projects and work independently with minimal direction in a highly complex, agile environment.
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing or a related technical field.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Familiarity with, or previous exposure to, NVIDIA's Networking solutions, products, and ecosystem.
  • Mastery in storytelling and outstanding content development skills, with the ability to develop compelling narratives for any audience.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits used to scale global operations.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
