The Lens team builds and scales AR and AI-powered camera experiences across Snapchat, Lens Studio, Easy Lens, and the creator ecosystem. We turn new technologies into user-facing features and build tools that help creators make and monetize Lenses. This team is composed of designers, product/program managers, and interactive engineers that create custom lenses and interactive Snapchat games.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Lens team at Snap Inc.!
 

What you’ll do
  • Own GTM and growth strategy across Lens+ creator growth initiatives, with Games as a meaningful part of the portfolio

  • Define positioning, messaging, audience strategy, and launch plans for creator-facing products and programs

  • Build and optimize the funnel across acquisition, activation, submission, and monetization

  • Partner with Growth, Paid Media, Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Creative, and Analytics to drive execution

  • Support growth across both Easy Lens and Lens Studio, helping bridge newer creators into more advanced creation and monetization

  • Drive channel strategy and creative inputs across paid and owned surfaces, including use of AI-enabled tooling to improve iteration speed

  • Own or shape key growth surfaces such as ASO, SEO, landing pages, attribution, and funnel measurement

  • Create prioritized roadmaps that connect GTM, funnel improvements, and monetization opportunities

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Strong end-to-end growth and GTM ownership

  • Strong analytical rigor and comfort with attribution, funnel metrics, and performance data

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in early-stage environments

  • Strong cross-functional leadership across growth, product, engineering, analytics, legal, privacy, and creative

  • Strong messaging judgment and execution detail

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or other relevant digital marketing or advertising roles; OR a Master’s in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience owning GTM for consumer, creator, gaming, or interactive digital products

  • Experience improving acquisition, activation, engagement, or monetization funnels

  • Experience working closely with paid media, search engines, product, analytics, and engineering teams

  • Experience defining measurement plans across web, mobile, desktop, and attribution systems

  • Experience scaling a creator or consumer funnel from zero to repeatable growth

  • Experience in gaming, interactive social products, creator ecosystems, or marketplace environments

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
