We capture people’s sentiments and journeys, connecting them with the brands they value and the media they consume. With this identity-based approach, brands gain more accurate and authentic insight so they can create more meaningful interactions.

Joining DISQO Nation means becoming part of a community that champions speed, innovation, and continuous growth. We invest deeply in our talent, empowering our teams to reach their highest potential. Together, we are shaping the future of work at DISQO—defined by performance, purpose, and impact.

We show up each day with curiosity and ambition, committed to learning, accelerating growth, and making a lasting difference. Grounded in our values and principles, we lead and collaborate to elevate performance, accountability, and excellence at every level of the organization. And through it all, we make sure to have fun along the way.

DISQO is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who blends sharp strategic marketing instincts with a builder’s mindset—and who’s energized by shaping the future of AI-powered products. You thrive in fast-moving, highly cross-functional environments, embrace change, and value collaboration over silos. You’re motivated by complex challenges and consistently raise the bar by applying best practices, experimenting boldly, and delivering standout customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll lead high-impact product launches that break through the noise, accelerate adoption, and empower Sales and Customer Success through best-in-class enablement. You bring a proven track record of driving successful product marketing strategies in multi-product, high-growth companies. You’re a strategic thinker, rigorous analyst, compelling storyteller, and trusted influencer who can align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around a shared vision.

This is a unique opportunity to help define DISQO’s next chapter—partnering cross-functionally to develop positioning, programs, content, and integrated campaigns that clearly communicate the value of our AI-driven products to the market.

You bring deep product marketing fundamentals paired with an experimental, iterative mindset. You’ll quickly develop a strong understanding of our industry, customers, and segments to deliver differentiated positioning, messaging, and personas. In 2026, you’ll operate as a high-impact individual contributor; as DISQO scales, you’ll help build and lead a world-class Product Marketing team.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the in-house expert on our market and customers by conducting competitive research, market analysis, ICP development, and win/loss analysis.
  • Lead Marketing’s go-to-market strategy for product launches and major feature releases, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and integrated campaign plans.
  • Deliver a consistent cadence of high-quality product content (articles, reports, case studies, etc.) to support Demand Generation and Brand & Comms.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value for commercial teams through close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Create and deliver enablement assets—including playbooks, one-pagers, decks, and battle cards—to support Sales and Customer Success effectiveness.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives that increase adoption and expansion among existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Events, and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless execution of product marketing initiatives.

AI Focused Impact:

  • Integrate AI-driven insights, tools, and workflows into product marketing to elevate messaging, targeting, and adoption.
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate AI-powered capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value propositions.
  • Apply generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance content development, competitive intelligence, and audience segmentation.
  • Build AI-enabled enablement and training materials that help Sales and Customer Success confidently communicate the value of DISQO’s AI-enhanced products.
  • Champion responsible, high-impact AI adoption across Marketing—identifying scalable opportunities to improve efficiency, experimentation, and go-to-market performance.

What you bring to the role:

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
  • Proven success partnering with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations in a multi-product organization.
  • Experience driving integrated marketing plans, differentiated messaging, and product growth across enterprise and product-led growth motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce content that drives demand generation, market awareness, and SEO performance.
  • Deep experience leading product launches, developing positioning and messaging, and creating sales and marketing collateral.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights that inform strategy and validate messaging.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and a track record of enabling teams to deliver compelling product narratives.
  • Clear history of enabling sales teams to meet and exceed their goals.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive results across teams.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a creative, critical-thinking mindset.
  • Experience in adtech, marketing measurement or programmatic media.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
