The Senior Insights Manager is a critical role within the insights team, responsible for delivering actionable data analyses and supporting customers in achieving their campaign goals. This position focuses on interpreting brand lift and media measurement results, identifying trends across campaigns, and crafting narratives that drive strategic decision-making. The Insights Manager collaborates cross-functionally to align insights with business objectives and provides support to senior team members on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis and Storytelling:
  • Analyze brand lift and campaign performance data to uncover trends and actionable insights.

  • Develop clear, compelling narratives that connect data to customer goals and explain the why behind results.

  • Contribute to insights that thread the story across campaigns and measurement periods, providing context and historical perspective.

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Work directly with customers to understand their objectives and ensure insights align with their business goals.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to support strategic discussions with key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve future performance.

  • Project Execution:
  • Support the execution of brand lift studies and insights projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of results.

  • Manage day-to-day tasks for assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal teams, such as sales, customer success, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in insights delivery.

  • Contribute to team initiatives, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment.

What you bring to the role:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to deliver actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to craft data-driven narratives that align with business and campaign objectives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with brand lift studies, media measurement methodologies, and cross-media trends.

  • Collaborative and solution-oriented approach to working with internal teams and customers.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • This role is designed for individuals ready to deepen their expertise in insights delivery and customer engagement while supporting the broader goals of the insights team.
