The Product Manager, Partnerships & Integrations owns the end to end strategy, development, and performance of all third-party integrations at FieldPulse. This role is responsible for executing high-impact partnership integrations that generate qualified leads, unlock new revenue streams, and create measurable value for both customers and FieldPulse.


The successful candidate will lead integration initiatives from discovery through launch, conducting deep technical evaluations of partner APIs and documenting all the detailed functional requirements. They will design intuitive user experiences that seamlessly embed partner features and capabilities into the FieldPulse platform, ensuring strong adoption and customer satisfaction.


This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and customer success to deliver integrations that drive growth and strengthen FieldPulse’s ecosystem.

Where You'll Work: 

  • Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do: 

  • Work directly alongside the Partnerships team to determine the feasibility and overall value of each prospective partnership.
  • Research prospective partner APIs to determine how each integration will work within FieldPulse - ensuring we only build valuable and intuitive user experiences. 
  • Craft detailed PRDs, design low and high-fidelity mockups, and work closely with engineering to deliver each integration from conception to launch.
  • Become fluent in multiple partnership areas such as FinTech, accounting, marketing and lead generation, etc.
  • Act as the SME for all partnership integrations within FieldPulse, ultimately supporting Sales and Customer Success enablement. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of Product Management experience, ideally working on cross-platform integrations.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams - including sales, customer success, and engineering. 
  • Commercial-minded but extremely customer obsessed - you’ll strive to build fruitful integrations for FieldPulse as a business without sacrificing an excellent user experience.
