Product Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product team. You will be responsible for managing the development and execution of a product or product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal to drive product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver on customer needs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, industry trends, and customer needs. 
  • Work with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and goals. 
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions. 
  • Track and analyze relevant product metrics and make data-driven decisions to inform prioritization and continuous improvement. 
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features based on business and customer impact. 
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to clarify requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. 
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging. 
  • Perform product acceptance to ensure features align with the original vision and user intent. 
  • Validate that delivered features meet defined outcomes and business objectives. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners. 
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in product management. 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in a relevant field or 2+years Product Management experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience as a product manager, preferably in the technology industry. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong understanding of product development processes 
  • Experience in defining and tracking product metrics to measure success. 
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A proactive and self-driven individual with natural problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience and knowledge of the Justice Sector, specifically litigation (desirable) 

Location: 

Los Angeles - Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office).

  • The salary range posted for this position, which reflects a good-faith estimate of the base salary we reasonably expect to offer a successful candidate upon hire. Final compensation will be based on job-related factors, including qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal compensation considerations.
