Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings clarity, structure, and execution excellence across cross-functional teams. You’ll own a meaningful product surface area end-to-end—from discovery to delivery to adoption—and partner closely with engineering, operations, legal, and customer teams to ship high-quality tools that directly impact how hundreds of funds operate.
This role is ideal for someone who balances product intuition with operational rigor, is comfortable gathering and synthesizing feedback from many sources, and can convert complex workflows into intuitive, scalable software experiences.
What You'll Do
- Product Ownership & Strategy: Own a defined product surface area from discovery → spec → build → launch. Develop clear problem statements, functional requirements, and success criteria. Translate customer needs, operational realities, and internal insights into a prioritized roadmap and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Execution & Delivery: Write crisp, actionable specs with edge cases, acceptance criteria, and interdependencies. Proactively remove blockers to ensure engineering is aligned and working on the highest-impact items. Maintain and communicate sprint plans, timelines, risks, and updates. Oversee testing and launch readiness across teams.
- Customer Insight & Collaboration: Conduct structured discovery—shadow calls, run user interviews, analyze tickets—and synthesize insights into clear problem definitions. Be the “voice of the customer” while balancing business priorities. Build feedback loops to ensure features actually solve problems post-launch.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Bring structure and clarity to key product workflows. Rally teams around priorities and maintain high standards for documentation and communication. Partner with Ops, Legal Ops, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 4–7+ years in SaaS Product Management or technical project ownership
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex features end-to-end
- Exceptional written clarity and structured thinking (crucial here)
- Experience creating clean, user-centered flow for operational, financial, or workflow-heavy tools
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments and able to bring structure where needed.
- Strong prioritization instincts with ability to distinguish urgent vs. important.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and product analytics
Nice to Have
- Experience with fund administration, venture capital tooling, or compliance workflows
- Background in operations, legal ops, or workflow automation
- Experience analyzing user behavior and creating practical user segments (e.g., new users, advanced users, high-touch accounts) to inform onboarding, feature design, or support processes
How to Apply:
If you don't tick every box above, we'd still encourage you to apply. We're building a diverse team whose skills balance and complement one another.
Please describe why you are uniquely qualified for this position in the competitive field of Venture Capital to apply, as well as submitting your resume.
Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
