First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a strategic and result-driven Product Manager to support the development, optimization, and growth of financial products in a dynamic and highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will leverage deep market insights, customer needs, and emerging trends to drive innovation while ensuring profitability and compliance.
 
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, balancing short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic objectives. This role will also lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, ensuring smooth product delivery through backlog management, planning, and iterative enhancements.
 
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the VP of Product and is based in Hollywood, CA. The targeted salary in California is between $100,000 to $120,000.
 
Responsibilities

·         Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
·         Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and develop business cases for new product initiatives.
·         Ensure alignment between product vision and organizational objectives, translating strategy into actionable initiatives.
·         Work closely with various business functions to develop scalable and innovative financial solutions (e.g., payments, lending, wealth management, digital banking).
·         Continuously monitor and optimize product performance based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
·         Support product development initiatives, ensuring financial targets are met through pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and cost management.
·         Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and customers, to drive collaboration and successful product adoption.
·         Present product updates, business cases, and performance insights to executive stakeholders to influence decision-making.
·         Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving customer expectations to enhance product offerings.
·         Ensure all products comply with financial regulations and internal risk policies while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
·         Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging customer insights, market research, and analytics.
·         Perform other tasks as assigned.
 
Requirements
 
·         A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.
·         3-5 years of product management experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
·         Proven experience in strategic planning and product lifecycle management.
·         Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
·         Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
·         Knowledge of financial services products (e.g., payments, lending, wealth management, digital banking)
·         Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to drive decisions based on metrics and insights.
·         Experience navigating regulatory landscapes in financial services is a plus.
