Provides high-level administrative, calendar, travel, meeting, board, event, and project support to executive leaders. Manages confidential information, coordinates leadership activities, prepares agendas and presentations, tracks action items, conducts research, supports office operations, and improves administrative workflows. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, and proficiency with business productivity tools. It is primarily onsite in Hollywood, California, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Lead and mature the enterprise information security program, oversee cybersecurity operations, GRC, risk management, IAM, vulnerability and third-party risk programs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive incident response and cyber resilience, and advise executive leadership and the Board on security strategy and investments.

Lead commercial lending operations including originations, underwriting, funding, portfolio management, and reviews. Develop and implement lending strategies, ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance, manage and mentor the commercial lending team, provide portfolio analytics and risk assessments, coordinate with sales and internal partners, and present credit and portfolio recommendations to executive leadership and regulators.
