Lead and mature the enterprise information security program, oversee cybersecurity operations, GRC, risk management, IAM, vulnerability and third-party risk programs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive incident response and cyber resilience, and advise executive leadership and the Board on security strategy and investments.

Provides in-person member service at a credit union branch, including account maintenance, cash handling, loan applications, fraud and card issue assistance, product education, referrals, cross-selling, sales calls, and operational reporting. Builds member relationships, promotes financial products, supports branch controls and balancing, and assists management with daily routines. The position is full-time, onsite in Culver City, with possible floating branch coverage.

Assists the Branch Manager with daily branch operations, financial-service delivery, sales goals, and employee supervision. Leads, trains, and coaches staff; oversees account opening, certificates, IRAs, consumer loans, member service, cross-selling, controls, cash procedures, and regulatory compliance. Serves as a Membership Officer approving new accounts and supports staffing, recruiting, performance management, and coverage for other branches.

Originates primarily home equity loans and lines of credit, with some first mortgage lending. Converts internal referrals and member inquiries into funded loans, manages applications and pipelines, coordinates with lending teams, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves closing issues, and provides high-touch member guidance. Participates in seminars, webinars, and community events to promote lending services and generate business.

The People Operations Generalist partners with leaders on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. The role manages employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance reporting, recruiting support, payroll backup, workers’ compensation, audits, vendor management, and People Operations projects. This position also supports culture, engagement, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
