BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
Are you ready to lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for Spectrum services and applications? As a Product Manager, you will focus on defining cross-functional requirements and evolving Spectrum's product set to meet customer needs and capitalize on business opportunities. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Engineering, and execute plans to deliver an industry-leading customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in product development, a deep understanding of mobile device and activation technologies, and a proven ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Bring expert knowledge of industry best practices in product development and translates appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
  • Diagnose highly complex issues and evaluates, recommends, and executes the best resolution.
  • Influence Spectrum's product set and advocates for excellence in all areas.
  • Evaluate proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and makes decisions in the best interest of the consumer.
  • Manage details of the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy.
  • Define product goals and builds the experiments to rapidly evaluate their success

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Education:
    • BA/BS technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in product development/management
    • 3+ years of experience with cable/telecommunications/software/online services
  • Skills:
    • Extensive understanding of software source control tools such as GitLab.
    • Extensive understanding of container management software such as Kubernetes.
    • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Effective organizational and office management skills
    • Effective cognitive, communication, and analytical skills
    • Effective business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
    • Ability to learn from a new environment, foster change, and make an impact quickly
  • Schedule:
    • Full time. This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)

    • MBA degree

    • Advertising or video services

The base pay for this position generally is between
$75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
