$107,900.00 and $191,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

- Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Review product specifications and requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines.
- Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.
- Evaluate and assess the market to create targeted marketing programs, develop promotions and recommend pricing.
- Create and manage a product roadmap, outlining key features and timelines
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop unique strategies for product lines, enhance marketing efforts and provide guidance on future product enhancements.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of product development management and telecommunications experience.
- 5+ years of technical product management experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field.
- Skills:
- Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change and working under pressure; History of showing business acumen, sense of urgency, sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7+ years of development or management in Cellular/Internet/Networking/LAN/WAN/Cloud services.
- 7+ years related Industry Experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Mobile Network Operator, Software/Online Services).
- Master's degree in a related field.
