What You’ll Do:

As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with our engineering, operations, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and launch features that enhance our AI-driven logistics platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a high-growth startup shapes product roadmaps, incorporates user feedback, and scales innovative solutions for middle-mile efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct market research, and identify opportunities in logistics tech (e.g., AI route optimization, predictive analytics for hub operations)
  • Define product vision, create user stories, and maintain the product backlog using agile methodologies
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration Analyze user data, KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, efficiency gains), and feedback to drive continuous product improvements
  • Support go-to-market strategies, including feature demos, documentation, and integration with customer workflows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or strong interest in product management, SaaS platforms, or supply chain technology
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable plans
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, or product management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum)
  • Self-starter who excels in prioritization, stakeholder management, and thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; 2+ years of product management or related experience preferred
