About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to own the entire product function while collaborating closely with engineering and customer experience teams. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, market analysis, and end-to-end lifecycle management to accelerate our platform’s growth. Our platform is designed to empower users, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful impact.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Define and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and post-market iteration.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management for SaaS applications.
  • Proven expertise in market analysis and competitive research and converting insights into product roadmap and features.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience in developing product strategy and product roadmap with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Product Board, and Pendo

Other Information:

  • Compensation: $100,000-150,000 USD base salary
  • Location: Remote.
  • Benefits: 401k matching, medical, dental and vision healthcare coverage, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental leave, etc.
