Product Manager, P&C Insurance Technology
Remote – United States

Bring Portfolio-Level Product Strategy and Business Case Rigor to P&C Insurance Technology

At Majesco, we are transforming the future of insurance technology. Our mission is to connect people and businesses to insurance in ways that are innovative, hyper-relevant, compelling, and personal.

We are looking for a Product Manager, P&C Portfolio, to work across our Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI portfolio.

This is an opportunity for an experienced product professional to work across an entire P&C product portfolio rather than own a single backlog. You will define cross-product initiatives and epics, build data-driven business cases for major investments, and manage and develop a Senior Product Analyst.

If you bring strong analytical rigor, portfolio-level thinking, and experience translating competing priorities into clear investment decisions, this role offers a path toward broader product leadership.

Why This Role Matters

Our P&C strategy and roadmap span five interconnected product areas. You will provide the portfolio-level analysis and business case discipline needed to turn that strategy into investment decisions and execution.

You will connect priorities across Product Owners, maintain a consolidated view of portfolio health and dependencies, and build the business cases behind major roadmap investments.

What You Will Do

  • Drive strategy execution across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI.
  • Define initiatives and epics spanning multiple Product Owner backlogs and maintain visibility into portfolio health, initiative status, and cross-product dependencies.
  • Build business cases for major roadmap investments using defensible metrics, including win rate, revenue, DWP, and NPS/CSAT.
  • Manage and develop a Senior Product Analyst responsible for portfolio analysis and business case support.
  • Prepare data-driven portfolio narratives and analysis for executive, customer, and analyst engagements.
  • Present and demonstrate product capabilities and new features to customers, clearly communicating product value, functionality, and roadmap direction.

What You Bring

  • 6 plus years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related analytical product role, ideally within P&C insurance technology, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong business case and financial modeling skills, with the ability to defend investment decisions using data.
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or clear readiness to take on people management for the first time.
  • Ability to work across multiple product lines, Product Owners, and stakeholders without personally owning a single backlog.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and senior leadership and communicating complex product capabilities and insights clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, or a related field; MBA a plus. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Why Join Majesco

Majesco is a recognized leader in cloud insurance software, helping insurers modernize core operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will join a product organization deliberately building its next layer of leadership, with an opportunity to grow from portfolio-level product management into broader product ownership and leadership over time

As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve. The company reserves the right to vary, change, or update job duties and responsibilities based on business requirements. This role may require shifting priorities, learning new technologies, and contributing to projects outside of the initial scope.

What Majesco Offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000.

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the United States. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.

At Majesco, we offer a comprehensive employee benefits package with most coverage starting Day One. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to: Medical, dental & vision insurance; employer-funded HSA coordinating with a high-deductible health plan; FSA, short-term/long-term disability; Life/AD&D insurance; 401(k), flexible time off, paid sick days and 11 paid holidays; paid parental/bonding leave; career anniversary leave and other voluntary benefits.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
