What You'll Do
- Define and manage the roadmap for marketing platform capabilities that support scalable promotional experiences and align with strategic business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration of platform features that drive innovation, personalization, and differentiation.
- Translate business needs, customer feedback, and product vision into clear requirements, success criteria, measurable KPIs, and compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with our Engineering, Analytics, and UX teams to build, launch, and continuously improve scalable platform capabilities.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party technology providers to expand marketing platform functionality and improve execution speed.
- Use data, experimentation, and business monitoring to evaluate performance, ensure platform health, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, prioritize backlogs, refine requirements as new information emerges, and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing platform capabilities to inform strategy and strengthen our competitive advantage.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management with a demonstrated ability to deliver and scale impactful platform capabilities or customer-facing experiences.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, writing clear requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience prioritizing backlogs in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with internal platforms, APIs, or marketing technology solutions; experience with promotional or marketing platforms is a plus.
