What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of Coreweave's Accounting and Finance application landscape. This role falls under the Strategy and Transformation Team, which is part of the CIO organization. 

As the Product Manager for Finance Applications, you will play a crucial role in defining the vision for Coreweave's Finance Applications landscape. You will serve as the primary contact for cross-functional projects that require your expertise. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with internal teams across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Revenue, AP, and AR to execute roadmap initiatives and ensure their success. This candidate will collaborate with adjacent teams such as GTM, HR, Data, and Legal, which intersect with Finance initiatives.

About the role:  

In this position, you will have the chance to lead key initiatives utilizing tools such as Coupa, Zip, NetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP,  RevPro, Vertex, and Oracle while working closely with our finance organization. The best candidate will have a proven track record in enabling Finance business processes with elegant technology solutions,  along with a passion for solving technical challenges and building strong cross-functional partnerships.

You will help design and implement product enhancements with 1P and 3P tools and prioritize them with business, and build a roadmap that is aligned with the business goals. As part of this process, your focus will be on architecting and developing enterprise Finance applications that improve processes, bring transparency, reduce risk, and make our financial operations efficient. To succeed in this role, you will work closely with a talented team of Technology and Business leaders to gather project requirements, assist with design, and perform configurations on key initiatives within the financial systems space. 

  • Gather, document, and analyze requirements for key projects within the Financial systems across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Revenue, Payables, Receivables, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Cost accounting, Intercompany accounting, Non US country specific localizations, cost allocations, and integration of Finance systems with other 1P and 3P systems. 
  • Work strategically with business teams to identify automations, AI powered products to support Coreweave’s growth. Design and configure elegant, scalable, secure solutions that meet business needs across different finance functions
  • Strategically collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership on prioritizing the roadmap for Finance projects, and enhancements. Build a trusted partnership with Finance stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Finance operations to enable change and drive the end user adoption.
  • Drive simplification by breaking complexity into simple and well-defined initiatives which can be executed and measured against well-defined success metrics
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting critical deadlines.
  • Proactively explore and implement new capabilities within financial systems
  • Drive data-driven prioritization by establishing baseline metrics and showcasing the project impacts based on improvements in the metrics. 
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal system performance and product utilization.
  • Quickly learn new technologies, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead major cross-functional initiatives and projects, including system implementations, operational improvements, and new product rollouts.
  • Own platform management, including technical debt reduction, release upgrade coordination, and issue resolution for Coupa, Ironclad, NetSuite, and other finance platforms.
  • Support key month-end and quarter-end close processes, providing hands-on assistance as needed.
  • Provide ongoing administration and user support for Finance applications, including roles/permissions, workflows, custom fields, and approval flows.
  • Ensure SOX compliance by working with internal and external auditors on technical walkthroughs and system controls.

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with Finance Systems. Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is desirable
  • 3+ years of experience with Coupa UI configuration and/or integrations, ideally having undergone at least one full implementation lifecycle; Coupa and Zip certifications preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant SaaS industry or consulting experience
  • Consistent track record of execution of enhancements and projects within the Finance Applications space
  • Robust understanding of finance processes, and enabling technology configurations, integrations, and customizations
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with Finance leaders 
  • Experience operating within an agile software delivery environment
  • Solid understanding of upstream and downstream applications and business processes that regularly interact across finance applications
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Experience at a public company and/or with SOX processes preferred

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $122,000 to $163,000 and $134,000 to $179,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
