ClickUp is looking for a technically-inclined and highly organized Junior Product Manager to own and drive our billing and payment systems forward. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing a critical part of our business, working closely with engineering to implement solutions and using your strong prioritization skills to tackle a dynamic backlog. The Role:

As our Product Manager for Billing & Payments, you will:

  • Own and evolve our end-to-end billing and payment ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to implement technical solutions, including API integrations with various platforms.

  • Develop and maintain internal tools, such as a CRM admin dashboard, to provide customer support and other teams with essential payment and customer data.

  • Prioritize and manage a substantial product backlog, making strategic decisions to deliver impactful improvements quickly.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize our product catalog, checkout flows, and payment processes.

  • Partner with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations.


You will report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams to deliver scalable solutions. Your work will directly contribute to ClickUp's revenue growth and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of product management experience.

  • A technical aptitude and comfort working with engineers and understanding API integrations (no prior billing/payments experience required).

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and make trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to assist in the rapid prototyping and wire-framing of new features and improvements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Growth mindset: you see challenges as opportunities.

  • You find joy, have fun and can be yourself! We love our jobs and want team members who love theirs too.

Bonus Points:

  • Basic SQL knowledge (ability to write and understand simple SQL queries).

  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience with payment gateways or CRM tools.
