Our proteomic sciences solutions are transforming the understanding of human diseases through advanced protein biomarker discovery. With our innovative Olink solutions – including highly specific and validated assays that cover more than 5,000 proteins – our colleagues and technology empower scientists in groundbreaking research that will play a pivotal role in the future of personalized medicine.

Our product management specialists have a strong technical knowledge of our products. You’ll join peers who excel in developing clarity on what customers need, driving strategic projects to further strengthen our products, all to continuously improve quality and the customer experience.
This role is at a critical interface connecting our internal teams such as QA, R&D, data science, supply chain, with our global reach of customers and the corresponding field team. Specifically, you’ll work with Reveal and Explore, Olink’s market-leading portfolio and fastest-growing products.
A day in the Life:
Assess product performance in customers’ hands and prioritize issues to resolve.
Collate information on what is required to lead in quality in domains such as antibodies, protein targets, and how to QC results.
Lead technical product investigations.
Lead product care activities such as change management processes, meeting requirements from customers and commercial deadlines, as well as availability of RnD data and QA processes.
Develop strategies on when and how to communicate and document changes in products.
Assist in answering product-related questions from the field team and customers.
Keys to Success:
Education
MSc degree in Engineering/Analytical Chemistry/Molecular biology or closely related Life Science area
Experience
Min. 5 years of molecular biology experience. Deep understanding of NGS, Olink, qPCR or affinity-based technologies desired.
Experience with complaint handling and technical troubleshooting.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global work environment.
Ability to communicate confidently and appropriately with customers.
Fluent in English (verbally and written), additional languages desired.
Project management skills.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Office, can be remote based outside of Sweden
