Job Description

The Product Management Associate Rate Support Manager manages a team responsible for providing data support to implement and maintain state insurance programs including rates, rules, and forms.

Job Description: As the Product Management Associate Rate Support Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of rate support analysts. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data collection, processing, and analysis, and provide strategic insights to support business operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of rate support, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Implement and improve data collection systems and strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in the insurance sector.
• Perform advanced data analysis and reporting as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - $152,690.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
