The CRM Tech team is at the heart of our Sales and Go-to-Market transformations. As key drivers of business growth, the team architects, develops, and supports a suite of essential sales technologies—with Salesforce as the central platform. We're committed to optimizing and seamlessly integrating systems that empower Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer engagement.
A critical part of our strategy involves leveraging advanced third-party data enrichment and automation platforms—including Marketo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Segment.io, and others—to deliver deeper insights, improve lead quality, and enable smarter, more personalized engagement throughout the customer journey.

You’ll spend your time deeply understanding business problems, working with your team to develop hypotheses, and validating them with creative product solutions. You will own a roadmap that will influence change several years out and your contributions will drive top line growth and efficiency gains across our entire business.
Responsibilities:
As the Senior Product Manager of CRM TechOps at MongoDB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of our internal CRM initiatives.
- Execute against the vision and strategy for a business-critical area of our Go To Market
- Work with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Customer Success Managers to understand their goals and help define system solutions
- Help drive our Salesforce Lead, Account & Territory transformation Product roadmap by aligning with business priorities, creating and presenting a framework to transform the existing Core CRM implementation
- This role should have technical acumen and Salesforce.com platform knowledge to be able to do basic platform configurations, put together a solution via POC, and document high level use cases
- As Core CRM expert, lead company priorities and strategic projects across multiple cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CSM etc.)
- Work cross-functionally with CRM and broader TechOps Leadership, Design, Engineering, and Sales, Customer Success and Customer Engineering to build high-quality products that solve cross-functional business problems
- Identify user needs and pains, and business opportunities through a combination of research, feedback collection, and analysis, and share your learnings with your colleagues
- Define and prioritize projects that support that will be most impactful to the success of your product line
- End-to-end ownership of your product area: Authoring of Product Description (PD) documents, enablement, demos, support, and materials for new features, all while looking at data to make sure we are meeting our success metrics
- Work closely with the Internal Product & Engineering and the broader Product team to provide input on the long-term vision of how our Product portfolios can support our CRM TechOps strategy
- Drive execution against our plan, making trade-offs, anticipating needs and risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related technical role
- Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise software products and/or tech services and/or platforms and/or other internal products & tools
- Ability to distill abstract challenges into strategy and break that down into a cohesive plan that empowers teams to turn problems into business success
- Ability to think big and small - you should be comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience or optimizing an existing workflow or process. You’ll know when to do which. You can initiate and work concurrently on multiple projects
- The technical know-how to partner with CRM engineering/development to work on the roadmap you define.
- Good understanding and knowledge of implementation methodologies and different product development approaches and preferably, hands-on experience working on Salesforce.com platform
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and users
- Experience with Agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), particularly in your ability to break down complex programs into smaller, manageable increments and execute on functional pieces of software with each iteration
- Data and business-minded. You deeply understand why our products work for our customers and how to measure long-term impact
- Possesses strong experience in the Salesforce ecosystem especially, experience in Salesforce User Management, Account Management, Lead Management Territory planning, Account Planning and building based business models

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$136,000—$266,000 USD
