We are seeking a highly motivated Product Leader for Indoor Wireless Systems (known as Distributed Antenna Systems or DAS), who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This position will drive JMA’s Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)  roadmaps, technology, and technology partners to maintain JMA's technology leadership in the $1.5B global market. We are a market leader because of our unique architecture, US supply chain and dominant position in US stadiums as well as 2000 global deployments in rail systems, airports, and hospitals.


This role will create a culture of positioning that leads with how we are saving money, or making money to our customer instead of technical positioning only, drive, from product, the business goals and strategic customer initiatives to expand the JMA market beyond 2025, and share the JMA narrative in relevant forums, alliances, and with analysts to best position our DAS solution.


Position Responsibilities

  • Set global goals for the strategic roadmap
  • Own market/product requirements and global goals for the roadmap
  • Responsible for business case validation in product partnerships and lead partnership relationships
  • Manage the overall product line profitability/forecast and Inventory
  • Take full responsibility for product profitability
  • Develop pricing strategy & segmentation 
  • Own material/product forecast inhouse to build plan
  • Develop product positioning and competitors benchmarking
  • Understand markets and competitors in depth with ability to deliver competitive analysis and guide go-to-market efforts to capitalize on product strengths
  • Understand market and competitive landscape to ensure compelling product positioning
  • Develop competitor intelligence and benchmarking database (both commercial and technical)
  • Product Marketing to create product positioning, how to sell, leverageable collaterals, FAQs, presentations, white papers.
  • Take written positions on important issues (competitive silver bullets, markets to attack or yield, etc.)
  • Partner with sales & partner teams to close strategic customer accounts and drive key customer expansions
  • Lead strategic customer presentations (to gain market share, close strategic partnership and /or introduce new solution/products)

Personal traits of a successful candidate:

  • Executive level with a hands-on mentality
  • Cross functional leadership without the need to have the functions report to you (Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Finance)
  • Do what it takes to win 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An MBA
  • Mobile Wireless/RF/IT solutions experience
  • Successful experience developing, pricing, and selling services and products.
  • Experience with new/developing markets
  • Leadership experience: business development, engineering, operations, and service delivery
  • Contract negotiation business lead / comfortable partnering with legal/contracts
