We're hiring a Principal Product Manager for Data Experiences. We're looking for a very experienced Product Manager with strong technical in building SaaS for businesses. The role will be a product owner for our flag ship data product Atlassian Analytics which has built a strong following from our largest customers.
What you'll do:

  • Develop and drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery for growing Atlassian Analytics business across our customers base and expanding the data capabilities we offer into new area's.
  • Drive opportunity sizing, packaging and monetization working with our Strategy and Business Ops and Data Science teams.
  • Work with multiple teams within and across the org to drive alignment of dependent teams work
  • Deeply understand customer needs, what's working, what's not and how to address it.
  • Work closely with Marketing, GTM and Sales teams to drive awareness of new initiatives and engage closely with customers through Lighthouse Programs as you deliver on critical milestone.


Your background:

  • 7+ years in Product Management
  • Strong technical background, comfortable understanding/ sparring/ challenging technical approaches with experienced architects and senior engineering leadership, as well as with customers.
  • Worked on B2B SaaS - ideally in a role connected with data and/or data products
  • Experience building SaaS products ideally having worked in startups and in complex enterprises
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills
  • A proven track record for defining, building and delivering high impact products that create real business and customer value in fast-growth or large-scale companies
  • Strong influencing skills that help you to communicate and manage relationships across the organization - from customers, developers, to senior executives.
  • Own the outcomes - You are able to understand sophisticated problems. You gather, prioritize and translate customer and business requirements into successful product strategies from conception through to delivery.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800
Zone B: $171,300 - $228,400
Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
