We are equivant, a leading software provider for the justice community, and we’ve opened a role for an Implementation Specialist in our CourtView Justice Solutions Inc. business unit.
This new Implementation Specialist role will leverage our JWorks Case Management software application to help our customers from coast to coast improve their daily court case management taking the process to a whole new level.

Our unique, highly configurable software allows our customers to configure the system to suit their specific business processes. We work along-side our customers to help drive improved processes and offer a comprehensive case management solution that is both efficient and flexible – a must in the judicial system today. Because you’ll be needed on-site with our customers to perform business process reviews and the configuration to satisfy their processes, you can expect to travel around 50%. In order to be considered, you’ll need 2+ years of court experience preferably with experience using and/or supporting court case management system software.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes that will meet their needs.
  • Configure software applications to best meet the customer’s business needs.
  • Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analysis and functional design documents throughout the project.
  • Continuously study our product offerings, and provide subject matter expertise in the setup and execution of the Courtview CMS and related software.
  • Deliver onsite and remote training sessions.
  • Facilitate software testing sessions
  • Provide implementation and post-implementation support as needed.
  • Consult with customers and determine new ways for them to improve their operations through new service or product offerings.
  • Provide feedback to our product management and marketing teams for improved customer communications and product enhancements.
  • Assist in developing new training curricula for new products and enhanced functionality as needed
  • Travel to customer sites across the country to help improve their operations through the use of our products and services.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Court case management software experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the court / judicial industry
  • Software implementation/oversight administration experience
  • Experience as a trainer with a demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles
  • Presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Management Information Systems or related field
