Monitor and drive improvement of HBM product yields for products in development and in high volume manufacturing (HVM). Retrieve and analyze test data from various points in the test flow, extract trends, and report yields, corrective actions, root causes of excursions, and update long-term planning forecasts. Further automate existing data extraction and analysis flows in conjunction with data sources and data consumers. Develop the Design FMEA for new products with other engineering teams and track FMEA pareto items through development and HVM. Track test changes and analyze their effects on product quality. Work with Global Quality to ensure RMAs are handled with corrective action in a timely manner. Perform design and development engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems including development of new products or updates to existing products. Research, evaluation, development, and application of new processes and methods into products. Responsible for establishing and conducting testing routines, developing or executing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and documentation of work and results. May telecommute part-time.
