OVERVIEW:

This role is responsible for leading Product Management (and aligned Design) for Supply Chain technology, including Distribution Center Fulfillment, International & Domestic Logistics, and Vendor Relations. As the Product portfolio leader, this position spans strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end performance of the product capabilities that power supply chain execution, with direct accountability for business outcomes including efficiency, fulfillment speed, operational reliability at scale, and the broader transformation of supply chain capabilities to optimize inventory execution. This is a high-impact opportunity to own and evolve the core systems that enable enterprise-wide execution, shaping how the business operates across stores, distribution centers, and vendor networks. 

You will partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Merchandising, and external vendors to deliver scalable, high-performing systems—balancing run-the-business stability with continuous optimization and 
innovation. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business performance, with direct visibility into and influence on cost structure, service levels, and operational efficiency. Success is defined by the ability to align 
strategy with execution, drive measurable improvements in supply chain performance, and lead teams to meet complex, high-volume demands while modernizing and scaling critical platform capabilities. 

Domain Level Strategy & Leadership

  • Domain level accountability and coordination of the Product Management function, including:

  • Business knowledge, understanding economic value, driving results

  • Product strategies and roadmaps 

  • Determine product market fit

  • Organizational liaison / Stakeholder Management

  • Establishing product and iteration level KPIs / metrics 

  • Go to market strategies

  • Prioritization as a service

Domain level accountability and coordination of the UX Design function, including:

  • General advocate for the user (internal and customer)

  • Setting UX Design strategies

  • User behavior research & journey mapping

  • Competitive research 

  • Usability testing

 

Product Leadership

  • Own product strategy and roadmaps for high-volume, transaction-driven systems (WMS, TMS, and custom platforms)

Drive prioritization decisions across competing demands, balancing: 

  • Stability vs. innovation

  • Cost vs. service levels

  • Speed vs. risk

Establish and manage KPIs aligned to execution performance, including but not limited to: 

  • Order cycle time

  • Fill rate / service levels

  • Throughput and capacity

  • System reliability and uptime

  • Ensure product decisions deliver scalable, repeatable execution across DC, store, and vendor environments

  • Align product delivery with operational calendars (peak seasons, promotions, inventory cycles) to ensure readiness and stability

  • Serve as a primary liaison across business and technology, driving alignment, clarity, and decision making across complex stakeholder groups

Vendor & Platform Ecosystem Leadership

  • Own strategy and performance of the supply chain technology ecosystem, including WMS, TMS and custom platforms

  • Lead vendor selection, contract strategy, and ongoing performance management to ensure

  • capability alignment and operational excellence

  • Drive integration strategies that enable efficient vendor onboarding, compliance, and execution at scale

  • Ensure internal and external partners are aligned to enterprise priorities for supply chain transformation and operational excellence

  • User Experience & Workflow Optimization

  • Advocate for internal operational users, ensuring systems support efficient, intuitive, and scalable workflows

  • Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end process flows, from inventory movement through order fulfillment and final delivery

  • Leverage user feedback, data, and operational insights to reduce friction and improve execution consistency and accuracy

General Domain Support

  • Provide executive-level visibility into key decision, performance, risks, and constraints, enabling informed prioritization and investment decisions

 

Job Description

  • Deliver regular reporting on key business outcomes, including cost to serve, fulfillment speed, system performance, and inventory flow

  • Drive budget management, financial oversight, and technology/vendor investment decisions in partnership with engineering and portfolio within the domain

  • Lead release planning and governance, ensuring alignment with operational timelines and minimizing risk to live operations

  • Support enterprise technology strategy execution by aligning product delivery to supply chain operating model evolution

  • Champion best practices in product management with a strong emphasis on execution discipline and operational excellence

Talent Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers (and aligned Design) focused on supply chain execution domains 

  • Recruit, develop, and coach talent capable of operating in high-volume, high-dependency environments, balancing strategic thinking with execution accountability 

  • Build a team that operates with an operator’s mindset—deeply rooted in real-world supply

  • chain execution—while simultaneously defining and delivering the future-state platform

  • and capabilities required to scale, modernize, and continuously optimize the network

Develop team capabilities in: 

  • Translating operational challenges into scalable product solutions by apply design thinking

  • Managing vendor/platform dependencies

  • Making high-quality decisions under ambiguity and pressure

  • Create a culture of ownership and accountability, where teams are measured on business and operational outcomes—not just delivery outputs 

  • Continuously evolve team processes to improve delivery quality, release discipline, and system stability at scale

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 12+ years in product management with at least 7 years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment domains WMS / TMS ecosystems

  • High-volume transaction systems

  • Vendor or 3PL integrations

  • Experience operating in:

  • Omnichannel retail OR large-scale distribution environments

Targeted Pay Range: $127,000.00 - $237,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
