Job Title: Product Coordinator
Reports to: Sr. Product Line Manager - UGG Footwear, Mens

Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid; Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday)

The Role

As a Product Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Product Team and executing the brand strategy. You’ll help organize trend and market research, manage samples, and maintain category line sheets and worksheets. You’ll provide tactical support throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth operational flow from concept to go-to-market.

Your Impact

  • Create and maintain global line sheets, data, and sales worksheets in Flex PLM
  • Work with Marketing and Copywriting teams to execute seasonal product descriptions and maintain features and benefits each season
  • Ensure style numbers, pricing, launch dates, and color codes are accurate and up to date in Flex PLM for all active seasons
  • Act as the point person for drops, adds, and line changes, communicating updates to cross-functional partners
  • Collect and analyze financial, marketing, and sales information throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support Product Line Managers with sample process, communication, and organization for meetings and milestones
  • Organize line sheets, worksheets, and seasonal merchandising documents for meetings and team SharePoint
  • Maintain a database of seasonal trends, competitor data, and relevant market research
  • Collaborate with other Product Coordinators and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key deliverables
  • Coordinate product rooms and samples with Development and PLM teams
  • Support key events and milestone meetings, keeping the team on track with deliverables

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1–3 years of related experience in retail/wholesale, product line design/development, or merchandising (fashion footwear preferred)
  • Experience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and analytic ability to process complex data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic product merchandising concepts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in current trends and innovative thinker
  • Motivated self-starter and team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience working in complex global organizations and managing competing priorities

$28 - $32/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
