OVERVIEW

WME is seeking a Coordinator to support senior leaders across Product, Design & Engineering (PDE).

This role is embedded in a fast-growing Product, Design & Engineering organization that is actively building how work gets done. The environment is hands-on, highly collaborative, and constantly evolving. The Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping momentum high, details tight, and teams focused as ideas move quickly from concept to execution.

The role will report to Product, Design & Engineering leadership at WME and is based in Los Angeles, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support senior PDE leaders with scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, and preparation of materials for meetings, reviews, and working sessions.

  • Help keep multiple initiatives moving at once by tracking progress, organizing inputs, and following up on open items.

  • Coordinate internal meetings and working sessions, capturing decisions, next steps, and action items so work continues smoothly after meetings end.

  • Assist with third-party vendor coordination, including tracking agreements, budgets, renewals, and related documentation.

  • Act as an early signal detector by surfacing risks, gaps, or dropped balls before they become real problems.

  • Review materials and deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and completeness to help maintain a high bar for quality.

  • Create and share presentations, reports, and documentation in support of ongoing initiatives and ad-hoc work.

  • Contribute to shaping how the PDE team operates by improving workflows, documenting processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a coordination, operations, project support, or executive support role (3–4+ years).

  • Genuine interest in Product, Design, or Engineering, and curiosity about how digital products are built, shipped, and iterated on.

  • Comfort working with technical teams, technical concepts, and modern collaboration tools.

  • Able to quickly understand technical discussions, systems, and dependencies well enough to anticipate questions, track decisions, and keep work moving forward.

  • Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail, especially in environments with shifting priorities.

  • Ability to juggle multiple streams of work while keeping things accurate, current, and moving forward.

  • Comfort working with vendors, budgets, and operational tracking.

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative working style and appreciation for teams that balance intensity with humor.

WHAT THIS ROLE CAN GROW INTO

This role offers meaningful exposure to how Product, Design, and Engineering teams operate and deliver work at scale. As the Coordinator builds context, relationships, and operational fluency, they may have opportunities to take on broader coordination or ownership within the organization over time. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
