About the Role: As the Product Analytics Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of product analytics capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the go to person for all product analytics for CoreWeave as the founding member of this team. 
  • Collaborate with data engineering, engineering, product finance to help build the right data foundation for CoreWeave product team
  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end analytics solutions to measure product usage, user behavior, and business outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product growth and user engagement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools to democratize access to product data.
  • Own data stewardship from a product perspective. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working closely with data engineering teams to define tracking specifications and validate implementation.
  • Stay current with analytics trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
  • Influence product strategy through a deep understanding of user journeys, cohort analysis, retention, and funnel metrics.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics roles, or product operations, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Proven experience leading analytics initiatives and partnering with product teams
  • Proficient in SQL and data wrangling; comfortable working with large datasets
  • Working knowledge of at least one analytical programming language (e.g., Python, R).
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode).
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts and event tracking frameworks
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex data for stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and initiatives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with Victoria Metrics, MetricsQL, PromQL, Grafana
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $207,000 to $275,000 and $249,000 to $330,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
