About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to design, document, and manage upcoming projects where Infiniband architecture is deployed. This will include project management to ensure proper execution and coordination with HPC Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  •   Lead and Design Architecture for GPU clusters
  •   Oversee HPC build and augment efforts as it pertains to Infiband
  •   Develop and implement new design standards, processes, and best practices.
  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Capacity, Network Engineering, Construction, Operations, Supply Chain and Technical Project Management to ensure Design requirements are captured and shared for execution with relevant departments
  •   Work closely with HPC engineers to ensure timely deployment and assist as needed for execution.
  •   Review and develop design schema for Infiniband.
  •   Build Cable documentation for Operation team reference.
  •   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HPC delivery and design efficiency.
  •   Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on Infiniband requirements.
  •   Participate in a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the HPC team.

Who You Are::

  •   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  •   10+ years of experience in Network design and delivery. With at least 3+ years Infiniband specific knowledge.
  •   Background in project management
  •   GPU compute specific experience in designing network architecture
  •   Experience with large-scale, high-density data centers and cloud infrastructure.
  •   Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  •   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  •   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  •   Professional certifications are recommended

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $165,000 to $220,000 and $190,000 to $253,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
