The Producer will manage project production, maintain client relationships, oversee creative workflows, and ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
Brand New School is seeking a Producer for a full-time hybrid role at our Los Angeles studio. With ~65 employees across the United States, we are a tight community of talented artists and producers with one common goal - making great work.
Responsibilities
- Producing high-level content on-budget and on-schedule.
- Establishing flawless agency, client and artist relationships.
- Providing creative teams with the resources and environment to produce exemplary work.
- Maintaining detailed actualizations of all projects.
- Managing the expectations of clients and creatives.
- Interpreting client direction and clearly communicating it to creatives.
- Producing multiple jobs simultaneously.
Qualifications
- 3+ year of experience producing design driven work: motion graphics, VFX and CG
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong problem solving skills, so you can solve issues that naturally arise in production.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills. Specifically, the ability to ask the appropriate questions of your clients so you can provide guidance to your creative team.
- Understanding of the workflow processes involving Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, Nuke, Premier and Flame. An ability to operate 3D software is not required.
- Adhering to schedules while allowing the time needed for the creative process to play out.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, Word.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $100,000
