If you love bringing order to creative chaos, keeping multiple projects moving at once, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you. You'll oversee a high volume of design requests that require constant care and communication. You’ll be responsible for coordinating resources, communication management with all stakeholders and creatives, and final QC and delivery. Success in this role comes from strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

  • Prioritize daily workloads and coordinate with designers to ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
  • Build and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and communicating potential delays before they impact delivery.
  • Perform quality control on all deliverables to ensure they meet creative direction, brand guidelines, copy accuracy, technical specifications, and client expectations.
  • Balance team workloads by monitoring resource capacity and utilization across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Review and approve time tracking for assigned team members.
  • Partner with leadership to improve workflows, identify efficiencies, and help scale production processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between HAUS and the client, providing proactive communication, project updates, and issue resolution.
  • Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
  • Keep stakeholders informed by communicating proactively and ensuring everyone has the information they need to be successful.

Requirements
  • 3 + years of experience managing high-volume creative or digital production projects at an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Experience coordinating creative assets, timelines, and multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and experience reviewing creative work for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to catch issues before work is delivered.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a passion for creating structure and improving workflows.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs before they become problems.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Los Angeles based resources only.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
