Company Description

The Producer will be tasked with capturing content at key events, managing production efforts, and delivering top-quality marketing and advertising materials across various platforms.

Job Description

TEAM LEADERSHIP

Lead all aspects of content production, from conception through delivery, to ensure alignment with Marketing, Advertising, and Brand strategy.

Serve as the liaison between the creative and production teams to guarantee that execution aligns with the original vision and is completed within the designated timeframe and budget.

Travel to important events and activations to direct or assist in on-site content capture (video, photo, audio), ensuring brand-consistent storytelling and high production quality.

Supervise the creation of integrated advertising and marketing assets across digital, social, print, and broadcast platforms.

 

PRODUCTION & EXECUTION

Coordinate and oversee editors, camera operators, and post-production resources to ensure deliverables are met within timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Supervise all aspects of field and studio production, including managing internal and external crews, talent, art, makeup, equipment, logistics, and safety protocols.

Ensure that legal and clearance requirements are fulfilled for all assets, including usage rights, talent releases, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.

 

VENDOR & BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Manage budgets from multiple stakeholders (Advertising, Brand Communications, Shopper Marketing, Digital, etc.) while maximizing creative impact and efficiency.

Source and contract production partners such as production companies, freelancers, and content creators; negotiate rates and oversee the quality of outputs.

Build relationships with production vendors and creative partners to ensure access to top-tier talent and solutions.

 

PROCESS & COLLABORATION

Contribute to scalable workflows that support cross-functional collaboration, allowing the reuse of assets across various channels. This enables the reuse of assets across channels to enhance efficiency and maintain consistency.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in creating branded content, preferably within an agency or an in-house marketing or advertising setting.

Exemplary leadership and management abilities, demonstrated by the successful direction of cross-functional production teams.

A track record of efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously, often under stringent deadlines and changing priorities.

Proficient in leading field and event-based shoots, as well as overseeing all on-set logistics.

Thorough knowledge of the entire production pipeline — including pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery.

Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills; capable of clearly presenting creative and strategic ideas.

Skilled at operating within highly matrixed organizations and uniting diverse stakeholders.

Strong connections within the production, creative, and talent communities.

Competent in teaching, mentoring, and developing junior production talent.

Possesses a creative problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $115,280 to $172,920 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
